Excellent. I have used Jack Pixley Sweeps for years. The owner is focused on quality. They offer a discount to get your chimney cleaned in the summer. I am very pleased with them.

THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS FOR A HALF HOUR WORK AND THEY WERE HERE FOR AROUND 2 HOURS AND DID NOT CHARGE ANY MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. THE TWO TECHNICIANS THEY SENT OUT WERE VERY CAPABLE AND FRIENDLY (AND ON TIME). I HAD SOME RELATED QUESTIONS AND WHEN I CALLED, SPOKE DIRECTLY WITH JACK PIXLEY AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY QUESTIONS.
All of the employees that I dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. They were very thorough in setting up the appointment and explaining the service and cost. The technician did a wonderful job. He was knowledgeable, polite, on time, and thorough. He went over and above what we had hoped, and we were very pleased. I would definitely work with this company again!
THEY DO A THOROUGH CLEANING. I HAVE THEM COME OUT EVERY YEAR. I HAD CRACKS AND THEY TOLD ME HOW TO FIX THEM WITHOUT HAVING TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL.
APPT WAS SCHEDULED QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. RANDY ARRIVED ON TIME, REMOVED HIS SHOES AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE ALSO EXPLAINED WHAT TYPE OF WOOD TO BURN, HOW TO MAINTAIN, ETC.
WORKER ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY EFFICIENT. HE CLEANED UP AFTER SWEEPING DOWNSTAIRS CHIMNEY. HE GAVE US ESTIMATES ON REMOVAL OF WOOD STOVE UPSTAIRS AND INSPECTED IT. HE STATED IT SHOULD NOT BE USED UNTIL IT WAS UPDATED. WE ARE WAITING TO DO THIS AS IT WILL BE EXPENSIVE. OVERALL, WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE - ALTHOUGH THE CHIMNEY CAPS SEEMED VERY EXPENSIVE.
THEY ARE EXCELLENT; WE'VE USED THEM MANY TIMES IN THE PAST. THEY KNOW ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUT CHIMNEYS, FROM REBUILDING TO REPAIR TO CLEANING. CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY ENOUGH. BECAUSE WE USE OUR FIREPLACE ALMOST DAILY IN THE WINTER MONTHS, WE FEEL MOST CONFIDENT WHEN THEY'VE CLEANED OR REPAIRED IT.
