They are great. They told me that they could do it from the inside because the flue is straight so it was cheaper than doing it from the roof.

They were detailed and professional. The workers were great. They did a pretty good job. I rate them high overall except price as they were a little expensive. I would definitely consider them in the future.
They are very professional. When they put in the chimney, it was a special one. We know they are familiar with it and we want them to clean it. They are on time. They remind me every year that its time and they give a discount for early cleaning. They come dressed professionally and they are very friendly. They are kind of pricey. We use them every year.
He had a coupon and I forget to get it. He was very clean and did it very, very quickly. He was on time and called before he came because I asked for that. He made recommendations. He said he thought everything looked good and that I didn't need anything. He said that if I scheduled it again I would get a discount so I did. I've done it before myself and hated it so I considered his price to be good. He called to remind me of my appointment. He was very professional and I really liked him.
The technician showed up, took an overview look at the equipment involved and got right to work on cleaning and inspecting it. He set up a drop cloth and newspapers to minimize the spread of any soot etc. and went about doing his work. After finishing from in the house he told me things looked real good and then went outside to inspect the top of the flue. That also looked good and he was done. They were excellent and wonderful. We are using the fireplace and have had no problems. The price was nominal.
Great experience from making the appointment to the finish; was able to get the date I requested right away. The technician, Ray, was at the property before I arrived. He was extremely professional and courteous; pleasant to talk with, completed job with no mess and did so effeciently. Rowan showed up on time and was very professional, even spreading out a sheet in front of the fireplace and taking off his shoes at the door. He went above and beyond, painting the fireplace grate without charging me extra. He explained everything he did and didn't try to up-sell me anything; he also took the time to answer all of my questions, even the asinine ones.
