I'm exceptionally grateful to have worked with Jeancarlo to obtain my first home loan. I have to thank Jeancarlo for helping me get through this process with such a smooth transaction. We were referred to JeanCarlo through a friend and he did not disappoint.He provided the highest level of customer service and professionalism. We were able to skip 2 mortgage payments and are now saving $600 monthly on our mortgage. We went the distance (through final disclosures including 2 separate appraisals) with another lender as well and JeanCarlo managed to provide us with a better overall loan. When we first met Jeancarlos we were upside down with Credit and Debt. Jeancarlos advised a game plan for us to improve our credit, pay off our debt and drop our monthly payment. It was a year long process for us to get where we are today but we have got to say, we cant be happier. Jeancarlos has been honest & transparent since the beginning. I had the pleasure of working with JeanCarlos on refinancing my home. He was helpful and offered his knowledge in giving me different options base all my questions I brought up with different scenarios. I might have confused him a tad at the beginning on what exactly I wanted, with a friendly reminder to him, we got on the same page. He was honest about the process during this pandemic. We started the process and before I knew it the process was completed. I’m now in a new loan with an excellent interest rate!
