Jefferson- Review Overall good apartment but need to improve on few things and it could be better than any other apartment in Dunwoody area: 1. They have good renovated gym but need to maintain with regular basic gym supplies 2. Need to have effective trash disposal system for a big community

Jefferson at Perimeter Negative Notes are: Roaches - they have them under control, but they still exist. Expect to see at least few roach per month. Positive notes: Location is great, school, and easy access to the super market. That means a lot to me.

only worth for Vanderlyn kids Hi, The rent is very high compare to nearby apartments and with not much facility. Only 2 good thing is it comes under nice school zone and they have a small kids garden. Absolotely no services, no cleaning. The laundry room is so dirty that you don't want to use. Kids play area has no maintenance. Roches problem is very much and they not even trying to address that problem. lot of people left because of that reason.

Worst place to live ever 1. Robberies are common. Even these days car break in have started. No security cameras. 2. Rents are very high 3. Too many cock roaches reported by many residents. 4. Garbage collection is worst. Good part: It comes under Vanderlyn elementary school which is good.
