Roaches all over the apartments, Rude leasing office, no service Disgusting roaches all over the apartments. Frequent house break in incidents are scary. Very rude leasing office people and thier don't care attitude. Service requests will not be attended for months. You need to run pillar to post to fix issues. Don't get deceived by the look. Never seen such a disgusting place. Stay away.

Useless apartment The leasing office cares only about getting more money from residents. Very least bothered about security and maintenance requests of residents. One of the worst management I have experienced. Better to go anywhere else than being here and paying a huge amount to the useless apartment management.

Jefferson at perimeter is pathetic this is the worst apartments please please do not rent this, security and maintenance is pathetic here they say it is a gated community and the main gate is open all for everyone, they never worry about the same, if you have a service request that has to be addressed they will take 2 months to fix the issue. you have to leave with the issues by paying.. rent.

Worst appartments We moved to this apartment on 18 th January 2016, till now the A/C failed 8 times, In the last 30 days A/C failed 4 times and they took (Ref # 230526) 11 days, (Ref # 230824) 13 days, (Ref # 231084) 1 day, (Ref # 231136) 2 days(till today and not yet fixed) to fix. DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT DO NOT BOOK ONLINE First regarding the school- Mostly 80% of kids are from India and kids are studying in the same way as in back in India, and they are performing better due to heavy push from parents and homework. And as a result the school is getting the name. Apartment of Pests/Rodents Been here for 6 months. This place is one of the worst places I have lived in my life so far. Roaches and rodents are a major problem. Pest control is a joke. Roaches and rodents have infested the whole building. No matter what you try;baits, sprays, traps etc. their numbers don't seem to come under control. Jefferson at perimeter, the worst community I've ever seen We are currently staying here for a year or so and I would say, this is th worst community I have ever seen. Very Poor maintenance, roaches in most of the apartments.Leasing office guys just don't care about your complaints and don't behave professionally. Burglaries, Roaches, Over priced due to school The management of this apartment complex is horrible. They do not take any initiative for the security of residents and their property. They regularly increase rent and the explanation that you get for the hike is that it is the only apartment complex linked to Vanderlyn Elementary school. The fact is that this group pays a heavy donation (perhaps bribe) to the school every year to make sure that no other apartment complex is associated with the school. Bad Management The management is not providing the minimal facilities for security of renters even though multiple robberies/break-ins over the last few months. Not best place to live.
