Jefferson at perimeter Lowest level of Maintenance service you can expect here and highest level of german roach infestation is how I will describe. I lived here for 3 years for 2 reasons 1 - it was really close to my work & market place and 2 - have got really good elementary school.but, eventually I decided to move out. Horrible place with tons of issues I have a bad water leak from above apartment my roof has chipped off and the place is falling off and the house is flooded with water for hours now..thay don't care!!!!!!!! they are not attending to the problem even after hours of complaining requesting..i want to run away from this roaches infested.. water leaking place with Zero Zero maintenance and no accountability on the leasing office guys!!frustrated resident..

Do Not Rent At Jefferson at Perimeter GreyStar has neglected to take care of the roach problem for the past 11 years. Now there is a roach infestation in most of the apartments. Pipes burst during the winter months. The AC breaks down during the summer. Repairs take forever.. High turnover in management and maintenance. The apartment gates have been out of order for weeks. This happens monthly. The playground is not a safe area for children to play.

Poor Maintanance ,Roaches ,InSecure The rental rates are pretty high when compared to other in this apartment in this area ,The management started asking for money for maintenance issues ,Security is worst and its very insecure to live in this apartment ,Poor maintenance of the apartment park and swimming pool and sometime we see snakes in the swimming pool .Roaches are very high and they dont change the carpet at all ,They dont care about regular maintanance like filter changes and other in the AC ,.Very poor in maintanance... read more

Awful Apartment ,InSecure and Pathetic In this week robbers tried to broke the car and steal the belonging,Two of such incident happened in this week. There are no security cameras in the gate and the gate is open most of the time .Maintenance is Very worst and they simply close the maintenance request .children of all ages do cycling ,Skating and all sort of circus inside the driving area in apartment and the chances of hitting your car is maximum .One of the pathetic apartment i have ever seen

MAnager not responsive to tenants queries - No star I was staying in this apartment in apt 12016 and left on May 2017. They calculated some refund amount and promised to return back with check. I provided all my details to them but still i did not receive refund after coming back to India. I wrote 2-3 times asking status but did not get response yet. I am not sure what happen with my refund. Whether they have actually return it or it get lost in between. But should show some courtesy to reply back and find out problem. I wou... read more

Worst Apartment in Perimeter Area Community does not seems to have enough staff to serve the community. Maintenance request always take 2 months to 1 year to complete. They have unprofessional staff they print those maintenance requests every time you complain and then no action. I don't know if they have some internal staff issues or people just don't want to work here. Car wash is not working since last 1 year. Very Poor Apartment There is not much to enjoy here at Jefferson at Perimeter, No CAR Washing area, No Community Hall, UnClean Swimming Pool, Always BUSY Tennis Court, Muddy Children Park, No Full length Walk way trial, Locked Business Center, Unsecured Entry/Exit Gates ( Most of the times Resident/Guest/Exit gates will be open)
