I have informed... (Verified Renter) I have informed couple of things for the maintenance issues like Washer is not working, AC filter is changed 2 years back and requested to change and that is also not done till now. Lot of follow ups over the emails and in leasing office no one respond to any one of the issue.

Plenty of roaches... (Verified Renter) Plenty of roaches in and out of the apartments. Lack of immediate response to the issue reported.

To many bugs,... (Verified Renter) To many bugs, vertical blinds still not fixed and there is gaps in the blinds so I?m always worried that my neighbors can peep in at night and I can?t close my laundry doors. It?s been like that since I moved in 3 months ago. I?m very unhappy with it.

Maintaince requests are... (Verified Renter) Maintaince requests are not attending for months. We are having issues with appliance since we moved in, but as they are emergency as per Leasing Office & they are always short of staff. Taking urgent ones on priority , ours has been never fixed properly.

Three reasons: 1.... (Verified Renter) Three reasons: 1. Service requests are not answered or assigned quickly. If contacted multiple times , same reason is given that we have so many arequests open. 2. Internal transfer to another apartment is almost made impossible with so many clauses. 3. Lot of cockroaches which has no impact by pest control.

I have not... (Verified Renter) I have not had a working dishwasher since July-30th and have repeatedly raised this issue with the community managers. It is now 10/2 and this issue is still not resolved. Based on this, I would not recommend the community to others.

cockroaches are main... (Verified Renter) cockroaches are main problem in the community. that's the main reason i would not recommend this apartment apart from that everything is ok.

No Stars-Do Not Live Here While it is one of the cheaper places in Dunwoody, I would not recommend living here even after the new management takeover. A/C broke twice in the middle of the summer and both times took 7 days to get anyone to acknowledge the request even after calling and going into the office. The response back I got was, "It's a large complex and some people have not had A/C for a month" which mortified me. Worst Management. Apartment is infested by roaches, no pest control. Pet poops all around, residents don’t clean after their pets and even mangement is not bothered about this despite several complaints. It takes several physical remainders and months to address any maintenance request. Management doesn’t respond to any residents calls or email. They have put their phone on automated system, they respond to lease enquiries only. Just waiting for lease to end to get out of this place.
