Overall, our loan went through smoothly and Jennifer put in a lot of time to help us have pre-approval statements right when we needed them to make offers on homes quickly. Jennifer was available on phone, text, or the Element Mortgage app, which made keeping track of where we were in the home-buying process very transparent.
