Very attentive and explained what i needed in clear terms. Staff was friendly.
She is wonderful doctor. Very dedicated and I didn't have to wait long to find out the problem I was having. Right there in her office she examined me and gave me very good news. I'm so glad I was able to get an appointment with her.

Dr Shen is amzaing, been going to her for years for periodic nose bleeds, She cauterized it and they have stopped! Mariah her assistant is awesome
Excellent appointment today with Dr. Shen. Dr. Shen listens well and answered all my questions. She discussed my prognosis with me and and the options to address my condition.

Dr. Shen is an exceptional doctor that is exceptionally good, and at the top of her profession. Visits are by appointment. On entering I did not have to wait more than five minutes over the time it takes to complete the required paperwork, before Dr. Shen’s assistant came and escorted me to the attending room. Within seconds after Dr. Shen arrived. Great experience! Dr. Shen is friendly and very professional. She is highly qualified and knowledgeable and helpful providing information that helps the patient during treatment and after care. All staff were friendly and helpful.
