I maybe sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes after i was checked. I was seen by Dr. Shen assistant and not even 2 mintues later i was seen by Dr.shen. Told her my problems and she explained everything to me. Dr. Shen and her asist where very pleasant and attentive.

My first time visit seeing Dr. Shen, she was very pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable and informative. She listened to me and seemed as if she really cared about my concerns. We came up with a plan for me and my concerns we both agreed on that worked for me. Her assistant and audiologist was nice and pleasant as well. The office staff was nice. The office was nice and clean with hand sanitizer through out.
Very friendly, pleasant and informative visit. It was easy to get an appointment. I woke up to a spinning room and my call to them was met with courtesy and compassion.
Dr. Shen thoroughly explained procedure to me. She did not try to force more tests on me. Her Assistant was friendly and helpful. I felt that Dr. Shen and her assistant were kind, compassionate and caring.
Dr Shen was very thorough, focused, answered all questions and provided detailed explanations. I felt very comfortable and confident in her treatment plan and recommendations. Also, her staff were very nice and pleasant. A great office!
