One of the best office visits I have had with a doctor everything was just great very informative personality the best just hope I get to feeling better soon, was very pleased.
Dr Shen was prompt and thorough with a great patient manner. I wasn’t left waiting and her diagnostic method was high tech and extremely helpful. We’re making the right decisions to deal with my deviated septum.
I always got to Dr. Shen when I have an issue that I need an ENT for. She is always very friendly, understanding, and has a very calming presence! I never feel anxious when I go to see her for my appointment! I highly recommend!
Hadn’t been to a ENT dr since my dad broke my nose and busted my eardrum when I was 12 years old Dr. Shen seemed like she was very good in her medical specialist field. I wasn’t scared and her bed side manners were excellent.
