Dr. Shen is a wonderful doctor. She is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and never in a hurry to rush you out the door. She has a great staff. They are always, friendly, cheerful helpful and courteous. It's a great atmosphere to be in.
Dr. Shen was extremely professional and informative. She took time to explain my diagnosis in full and was an excellent listener. I didn’t feel as if she was in a rush to get to her next patient. I will definitely use her in the future.
The doctor took her time and explained everything to me she examined me well and her assistant was pleasant also
Dr. Shen was very helpful throughout the diagnosis and treatment of my thyroid issue. She explains test results and treatment options in an easy to understand manner.

From check-in to check-out, my first appointment as a new patient couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Staff was prompt, attentive, and caring, and everything I should expect of the visit was explained to me. Dr. Shen also explained everything prior to proceeding with her exam. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of an ENT.
Dr. Shen is very professional. She listened to my concerns and clearly explained the procedure she performed. She also took time to explain what my condition could be caused by, and what courses of action could be taken. I was very pleased with the professionalism of the office staff.
Problems were discussed thoroughly and understandably. Treatment options were discussed in an unhurried manner.
I have been seeing Dr. Shen since at least 2010. She is professional, prompt, thorough, and listens to my issues. I actually followed her from Memorial to her new office location at Willowbrook. Very nice doctor.
