I visited Dr Shen to have ear wax removed. I have extremely small ear canals which makes the removal more difficult. Dr Shen is very patient and sensitive to my situation. Her actions are gentle and the procedure comfortable to endure. I have been to her several times and had a pleasant experience each time.

She is friendly and professional. She explained my condition very very thoroughly and was patient answering my questions. She also reviewed all my future options (in my case lack of options) carefully.

This was my first visit to an ENT. Dr. Shen helped me understand my nasal issues and created a path that I can understand. Her Medical Asst. Mariah was very professional and courteous.
Terrific visit! She was very calm and listened to my concerns. Didn’t feel rushed at all like other physicians. She was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of helpful information to resolve my issue.
Wonderful. She was quite thorough and explained my condition very well. She was a good listener and answered my questions well and was reassuring. Saw her 3 years ago and was impressed, and today I had to drive for 45 minutes from where I live to her office in a different location but it was worth it.
Went in for bloody nose. Dr Shen listened to what I had to say. Treated me with respect and her sense of humor is contagious. When you receive the revue about office staff not being friendly, I’m talking about the front desk personnel. They definitely need an injection of personality. It always seems to me that I’m an interruption in whatever they’re doing.
Dr. Shen is very responsible to her patient.
