This was only my second visit with Dr. Shen. She is very professional but also warm and very caring. I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions. The wait was a bit long but understandable given the time spent with me and I'm sure with her other patients as well.
Very efficient customer service, expert ear specialist and audiologist. All my questions and concerns were addressed accordingly.
Outstanding - When it comes to ENT issues, I wouldn't go to anyone else. Both Dr. Shen and her nurse are the best of the best!
Dr. Shen is an exceptional doctor. Even for first visit I had a very thorough examination, followed by a detailed and clear explanation of everything she observed. This was followed by a straightforward path forward with multiple actions I could take using over-the-counter methods. Dr. Shen is one of the very best doctors I have ever seen. Strongly and highly recommended.
