Dr. Shen is a good listener and gives good advice!
Took all the time necessary to explain my medical issues. Made me feel very comfortable even though I was receiving unpleasant news. Highly recommend.
A very warm and friendly nurse ushered us to our exam room and us feel very welcome. Dr. Chen came in a very short time later. She made sure we completely understood my husband’s directions for taking his medication.
She, as usual, is an Expert in her Profession!
Fast friendly but took her time. Good knowledge! Audiologist was great as well.
Dr Shen was on time so I didn’t have to wait. She was very polite and quick to the point.
Dr. Shen is a very friendly professional, ready to help. She explains things thoroughly and she listens to your problems. Her assistant, Mariah, is the best of the best! She is sweet, nice and very professional in her demeanor and way of treating the patient. I recommend both of them highly! Thank you Dr. Shen and Mariah for all you do!!
Dr. Shen was very thorough during my visit. She explained things in terms that was clear and understandable. She made me very compfortable.
Dr. Shen and the entire staff were very polite, professional and my wait time was less than 2 minutes after arriving! 1st time I have ever seen a doctor that quick. Dr. Shen knew exactly what to do regarding my issue and I left her office positively knowing I would definitely recommend her and would be back if I am in need of an ENT again.
