Very friendly staff quick and easy check up, & had paperwork online to fill out before the appt which made it way faster to get check in, and doctor was very nice, she help me get rid of an ear wax problem I had in my ear quick easy and painless process overall pretty excellent would recommend if anyone having ear wax problem in the ears

I had seen Dr. Shen a few years ago for nose bleeds. They had slowed down a lot then this year, here they go again. Two in one day freaked me out so went to see here again. Mariah her nurse fit me in the first available time slot she had. She cauterized my nose and so far so good, Dr. Shen is so nice and so is all her staff. I would see here again but hopefully after this I wont need to :)
She is very professional and took care of my issues.
