Bland burger for 30$ Pasta was so plain and didn't taste good Lady was putting 20 pounds of glitter on her birthday cake and blowing on it and the glitter kept going in my food and they did like 5 takes for a TikTok and there was so Much glitter
Inexperienced server. Slow service Average food Having 2 Joey’s on same street caused confusion and we went to wrong location and had to walk back to the other location. Hostess said it happens all the time. Perhaps consider updating name or highlighting locations better on the reservations for people that don’t live in Vancouver.
We had a reservation but still had to wait when we arrived. The food took 45 minutes and we had to ask for water multiple times. The service was sub par at best so wouldn’t recommend this place.

I can't remember having a worse experience.... Had made reservation...arrived on time...seating was only just starting so most tables still open. The person who seats us walks us past the main bar section and we head off to the high table area...but it becomes clear that we are being taken to the patio. Before we do, I ask if we can stay inside and our seater says that is not possible but assures us that it is toasty warm with all the heaters running....except that only the middle heater section was putting out a bit of heat... read more
We went there for my cousin’s birthday and was really excited to eat as this is her first time at JOEY. Everything was good until the server approached. it felt like that she doesn’t wanna be here. She didn’t ask what we want to drink or anything, and the customer service felt really forced. We all have our days, but I think our experience could’ve been better if the server was nice.

Second time a waitress tried to over charge us, mistake or not, DUMB
I had made a special reservation to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. As part of the celebration, I had requested a special cake to surprise him. Unfortunately, the service we received did not meet our expectations.
