Not the greatest experience we’ve had eating out. I would recommend the other locations not the Bentall One location.
I ordered the $40 steak w broccolini. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but came out rare. Size was small and not expected of a $40 steak. Broccolini was over charred and not mostly not edible. Very disappointing considering the cost.
Food came late. Sat us right by a construction with dust blowing onto our table.
Service was very slow. Had to wait 10 minutes to get my drink-waitress had a whole tray of drinks to serve. Terrible way to take care of patrons
The service we received was terrible. Our waitress was inattentive, didn’t check on us AT all (we couldn’t even order a second drink without having to ask someone else for help) and just overall did not care about us as customers. Won’t be back based on the service alone even though the food was good.
Good food, wine was great. Service was horrible. Our server took so much time to bring our bottle of wine then said a manager had to bring it but 20 min for a bottle of wine is a lot.
My partner and I went last night for dinner and there were mice running around the dining room (no one offered to move us to another area and we dined with the mice). Additionally, the portion sizes for the price you’re paying is absolutely criminal. We both left hungry and unsatisfied. The staff seemed frazzled and weren’t very attentive. Has rsvp @ 12:45pm and they seated us on the outdoor side but after that, it seemed like they forgot about us. The wait time for service was unacceptable but the food was good. I had the tuna poke bowl and that was good.

This is tricky - on the one hand the meal and server were fantastic. On the other , not great. We were offered some sparkling wine while we waited because our table wasn’t ready. We do not drink. I didn’t want any and had water. When my wife tried my glass it was champagne and not the zero proof we’d asked for. They comped the meal. We wanted to stay for dessert and felt unwelcomed after the meal was comped but stayed anyways because my wife really wanted a dessert and we were celebrating her graduation.
