Had to wait in a line of 15 people after making a reservation a few days ago. Do not see the point of making a reservation. Front desk management and seating guests timely needs work and improvement.

Table wasn’t ready for mid afternoon reservation despite restaurant being less than half full. Service was extremely slow. Would not go back.

Everything was fabulous, except when entering the venue. The main door was closed and locked with a sign stating "closed for event". I would suggest also adding signage and instruction on whether or not the restaurant is opened to the public. Why? Because when I arrived at the venue, I went to the main door, and was greeted by two EXTREMELY RUDE people that did not seem to be Joey's staff, telling me the restaurant was closed. This is the second time that we have had the same server and it is ridiculous how slow she is. She is very polite, but it should not take 20 minutes between taking our drink order and coming back to take our food order. As well, we end of flagging down other servers to get refills, etc. The food was good, but the service is what brings down the overall rating.

We had a terrible experience for my birthday dinner at Joeys Bentall location. Food was good, but the service was terrible. Our server took our order and once the food was brought out we never saw her again. We were done eating our food and were waiting for a couple other items, but we hadn’t seen our server in about 25mins. We needed drink refills that we never got.
