JOEY DTLA is one of those places that understands exactly what it's supposed to be and never tries to pretend it's something else. It's not chasing Michelin stars. I liked the food they just took a good while to bring me my food once I was about to pay the server she got mad when I put no tip I feel it has to be earned not given very rude on her end I hope the restaurant sees this and fixes it
