I remember coming here time and time again and being offered a complimentary champagne… it was my friends first time and it was sad to not have that same experience… i I had to ask for a glass, which i didnt mind. But it felt like it was annoying to ask. I asked the people sitting next to us in the waiting area to ask for a glass bc they just dont offer them like they used to. I once had an issue at this location however it is my preferred location I come here all the way from Calabasas because I do not like the Woodland Hills location. The service quality is not anywhere near the same. Tiffany, the boss that I met with was absolutely amazing with her service and also the last time I was there two weeks ago Dustin was very great with the service and very attentive.
