I had the best experience dining at JOEY DTLA today and just had to give a special shoutout to Gaby and Alexis! From the moment we walked in, Gaby made us feel like VIPs — warm, friendly, and so attentive the entire time. She anticipated everything we needed without us ever having to ask, and she genuinely made the whole experience feel effortless and enjoyable. And Alexis — what an incredible manager! She was not only present and welcoming, but you could tell she truly cares about both her team and the guests. It’s rare to ... read more
Came in for a casual lunch with a friend and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We shared the new lobster spaghetti- I do not eat seafood, but the lobster flavor was perfectly balanced and not overpowering at all. Our server Betsy was exceptional- attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. The highlight of the meal? Chef Andy himself sur... read more

A Memorable Dinner Experience From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed-Alexis greeted us with a warm smile and even offered a taster of their house sparkling wine, which was a nice touch. Betsy, our server, was absolutely fantastic-attentive, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. The lobster spaghetti was rich and perfectly cooked, with generous chunks of lobster throughout. My partner loved the pork chop dish-it was juicy and well-seasoned. We also shared the shrimp scallop ceviche, which was bright and r... read more
Always a great time. Staff is friendly and welcoming! They launched a new update to their menu yesterday and the dishes and drinks do not disappoint! We had 2 low ABV martinis and a lobster and shrimp spaghetti with the new ceviche to start and it was the perfect mix of fresh and filling! We will definitely be back as joey is our go to spot in dtla!
