Not a great experience today. Sushi cones fell apart which is not the way they usually are, the gyoza's were not hot and the chicken lettuce wraps were sad...lettuce was brown in spots and because it was the inside smallest piece you couldn't get the leaves apart...had to ask for another larger lettuce stack. Also the amount of chicken is disgraceful. You used to be able to get 4 very good size wraps from this order now you barely can get 3...they are now serving about a 1/2 breast of chicken per order which is just not r... read more

It was quite dark and hard to read the menu. The food was decent, but the service was very slow. We were also incorrectly charged and only noticed after paying. When we asked our server to check, she disappeared and continued serving other tables. After waiting 20 minutes without an update, we were about to leave but asked a manager who walked by. The server eventually returned and said she believed the charge would be refunded automatically.

Our experience was very disappointing. We were celebrating my birthday and noted this in the reservation, yet after reminding the staff multiple times, the cake never arrived- even after waiting 1.5 hours. Our server also kept forgetting basic requests and was rude when we followed up. This completely ruined the celebration, and unfortunately neither I nor my guests plan to return.
Our server was barely available. They hardly came to our table . Our food was cold and we were unable to order drinks when they were empty. We felt ignored and then rushed out.
Was disappointed in seating. Made a reservation weeks ago. We were 2 and sat at one of the long tables in the open area with people we didn't know at one end. It was very busy (before Jo Koy show) but figured since we made a reservation this wouldn't happen. And we showed up 15 minutes before our reservation time, so wasn't because we were late.
Food was fair Portion size was indicative of shrinkflation Service was ok

Prices are a bit steep in my opinion $25.50 for a glass of very low end wine. Apps are very expensive $25.25 for chicken lettuce wraps with very little chicken to speak of. Either need to lower the prices a bit or provide a bit larger portions for this price. For most people this menu is over the top expensive $26.25 for a burger that is just ok. Local burger next door, owned by the same person is only $22 and is a better burger.
