We had an absolutely wonderful evening at Joeys Sherway! The steak dinners were delicious—perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. Every bite was outstanding! Our server, Aiden, was exceptional. He was attentive, friendly, professional, and made sure we felt genuinely welcomed throughout the evening. His excellent service truly added to the experience. Excellent service. There was a small issue with one of the meals and this was taken care of very quickly. A second meal was delivered and no charge for either. As well a complimentary dessert was offered. 2 managers stopped by to apologize for the issue. So well handled and very satisfied with the outcome.

This was of the best experiences we’ve had at Joey. From start to finish, we had the absolute best time. Our bartender / server Alessia was 14/10. She made sure we were greeted, had topped up waters, informed us on wine Tuesday, and always made us feel taken care of at all times. Our food came out perfectly and hot, everything was set perfectly long before our food came out, wine was always topped up and we were always accommodated. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
