Excellent customer service from our server, Valentina. Birthday dessert was exceptional (strawberry sauce with light cheesecake bites, crispy sugar brûlée top).
Had an amazing experience at JOEY food was fast, fresh and service was quick and pleasant. (Apologies ahead of time for the potential misspellings of names) Manager Arisa came over to introduce herself and was super friendly. Our server Gabriella was also amazing, very quick and checked in on us to make sure waters were topped up, plates weren’t sitting around and threw in an awesome dessert at the end. 500/10, thanks for an awesome experience Joey Sherway!
Appears that some meals were left to sit too long before server picked it up. Fries in fish taco dish were lukewarm warm. Cappuccinos were almost cold and cream was close to being curdled. Rest of food was good. Maybe they need more servers. Eat at Joeys at Yonge/Dundas periodically and never an issue.
We visited Joey Sherway to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we had such a wonderful VIP experience! From start to finish, everyone was incredibly thoughtful, welcoming, and attentive. Destiny, our server, was amazing. He was so friendly and attentive throughout our entire visit and made sure we had everything we needed.
