Loved it! We all had a great time. The service was excellent and the food delicious.
Great service. Friendly staff. Tasty food. We were offered a glass of champagne on arrival - a nice touch. It certainly paid to make a reservation, being a weekend. Restaurant has a bustling and vibrant vibe but it is very noisy, especially on the bar side. Yes it was busy which creates the high sound level, but the music adds to that. Hard to hear conversation. It’s more of a bar vibe than a restaurant vibe.
It was a very busy Saturday night and I made a reservation on Friday December 12th for the following night at 9pm. The reservation was for the upstairs lounge. When we arrived at Joey's, we were seated right away even though we were a little early. While waiting for my friend, I realized how cold tge upstairs longe really was. Good service provided by Sarah B. Only issue is the sunlight rays come right through the glass windows and so it makes it difficult to see the person sitting across from you if you are facing the window!
Had a lovely dinner and great time at Joey Sherway. The manager Tyler ensured my experience was exceptional!
Excellent spot, but a bit of a turn off when staff remind you 12 time you have 2 hours. Then we wait for food to come and drinks to come. Espresso were cold and not very good. But they didn’t charge us for those. But food was excellent.
