I love the JOEY Sherway location -- the staff is so friendly and during this particular visit we actually noticed that the service was exceptional. Our server, Felicity, was great and never missed a beat while also not interrupting the flow of our conversations. All the servers were so attentive and honestly 10/10. I had such an amazing experience at this restaurant, and a huge part of that was because of the manager, Heather. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in creating a great atmosphere. Food wasn’t that good. I went to the one in Toronto and that one is amazing compared to Sherway. The burger I had was not tasty and very dry. Not impressed with the food
The upstairs area is very cold, I guess because it serves as a patio in the summer and isn’t insulated. Had to wear my coat for the duration of dinner.
Great experience at Joey Sherway, as the ambiance was great for a night out with friends, great plates and shareable! Overall, enjoyable experience with nice service! All Joey Locations are a hit!
