Always a good experience at Joey - it's a fun atmosphere, the staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. Everything was excellent. My only comment is the "house wine" is terrible. I was given a taste (as well as a lady at the next table) and we both agreed it was terrible. It would be nice if management could come up with something better or just not bother to even offer it on the menu.

I’ve been to this location before and my first time was absolutely fabulous. Great service great food very lucky. This time around it was not busy when we got upstairs to the seating area waitress took a while to come over and introduce herself. I think the most disappointing part was the food. I was so hungry and there’s nothing like a lukewarm steak. So sad. The last two times we visited Joey’s, we had a great time. We were greeted warmly when we walked in, and we had the same waitress as last week and she was fantastic and made the experience even better. The only small feedback to make the experience 100% would be the reservation and seating process. If a reservation is booked in advance with notes for a table preference, the team should be able to honour that request since it was made ahead of time and ideally confirmed upon arrival. Great atmosphere, however way too expensive per plate. Washrooms upsatairs way too inconvenient especially if you have special needs. Service was good and food was good
Everything was great except the space was extremely cold - there was no heat on. It was a cold day outside and inside seating near the window was beyond cold. I had to sit and have lunch with my winter coat on. I’m sure they can turn the heat up to keep customers comfortable.
