The last two times we visited Joey’s, we had a great time. We were greeted warmly when we walked in, and we had the same waitress as last week and she was fantastic and made the experience even better. The only small feedback to make the experience 100% would be the reservation and seating process. If a reservation is booked in advance with notes for a table preference, the team should be able to honour that request since it was made ahead of time and ideally confirmed upon arrival. Great atmosphere, however way too expensive per plate. Washrooms upsatairs way too inconvenient especially if you have special needs. Service was good and food was good
Everything was great except the space was extremely cold - there was no heat on. It was a cold day outside and inside seating near the window was beyond cold. I had to sit and have lunch with my winter coat on. I’m sure they can turn the heat up to keep customers comfortable.
Seated Quickly for our reservation severs & kitchen were quick On orders food was great had the chicken parmesan done perfectly. I love that it’s 19+ Lounge so didn’t have to deal with loud unruly children that we see now a days. Atmosphere was nice not to loud.
