Great time with family. Our server added to the experience. We did have to wait 15 minutes for our table considering we had a reservation. But otherwise, it was a great time!

Very good service all our meals were cooked well and tasty, will be back soon.
The drinks are better on the main floor. And the servers too have a better attitude on the main floor.
The upstairs lounge is cold. They have heat lamps, but as soon as you walk into the main area you can feel really feel a difference in the heat.  I wanted to order an item on happy hour and told it was all good, and then only to find out that the server inputted the order a few minutes early and of course all I got was and “I’m sorry”. I went to the Sherway Gardens location on Sunday January 11, 2026 at around 8:00 pm. The place was quite cold. Mind you, it was a cold evening but many of the patrons were wearing their jackets because they needed to. The food was adequate at best. They were very busy and I was seated close to the kitchen and could see entrees sitting at the kitchen counter for, at times, 10 minutes before being passed to their respective tables.
