This is my go-to for meeting friends from Toronto and it never disappoints. I usually order the sushi or the sushi cone and an appetizer, and both are great choices for lunch.
Our server Victoria was most excellent in every way. All staff seemed very attentive to customers and the food was very good too.
We enjoyed a speedy dinner on a busy Friday evening. Server was great. Food was good. I enjoyed the amazing ahi tuna sandwich as recommended by our server. It was amazing!!!! I was very impressed with the front entrance customer service. The ladies were dressed in hunter green pants suits; they were smiling, welcoming and very engaging. We were offered glasses of prosecco while we waited for our table! I think that’s is a great idea and it makes Joey stand above other restaurants in the area. Well done!
Excellent service from our server! Very attentive! Ambience was great on the patio.
Food was very good. It is fruit fly season so restaurants should find a way to control them especially when it gets out of control like it did last night. Leave open wine bottles around the restaurant at night. Food portions were small but very good. The apple pie was fabulous!
We ordered steak and salad. Steak was good, despite the small size Soft drinks (“coke”) had taste of nothing. Check options in a can or a bottle It was my birthday, got a piece of dessert(nice)
Joeys Sherway is my go to resaurant for all occassions. The food and service is amazing and thre menu offers something for everyone.
No bourbon, and no Canadian similar substitutions available, no olives to make my martini???, no leeches to offer me a martini alternative, food and quality was sub-par and used to be better, and saw the prices for the steak and almost choked ($85 for Ribeye / Chop Steakhouse is $65 for a comparison and NY Strip was $75 when $55 at Chop). Offering less and charging more than a higher level restaurant alternatives. Been to their restaurants couple dozen times here and in Ottawa, might be my last time unfortunately.
