The upstairs lounge is cold. They have heat lamps, but as soon as you walk into the main area you can feel really feel a difference in the heat.  I wanted to order an item on happy hour and told it was all good, and then only to find out that the server inputted the order a few minutes early and of course all I got was and “I’m sorry”. Enjoyed our meal - our server, Mia, was excellent. She was extremely helpful (told us about happy hour specials we didn’t know about) and very friendly.

LOVE your menu - so much to choose from. Only item to consider is that the coffee/cappuccino/lattes were not hot. It was VERY busy post-Christmas and before school returned. Team culture is always a plus. Keep up the good work

The 2nd floor is freezing. The waiting time is a bit too long
Booked a reservation for 5:00pm but still had to wait on our table. Server was awful, we waited ten minutes for her to bring us menus and another ten minutes to bring us water. After ordering, she asked about allergies and I stated pepper flakes. She acknowledged that and completed the order. Once our meal arrived, my dish had a significant amount of pepper flakes in it.
