Set a reservation for a birthday dinner and wasn’t acknowledged at all. I usually have a good time at this location and wish I chose somewhere else to celebrate.
Music was too loud. Could not hear my guest speak Lunch was an hour however we had a new waitress and it took about hour and half Food was ok I am a repeat customer however the service needs to pick up a little more speed as we all have to get back to work!
Ate here few times in past few mths & has the best experience, but this time was worst ever. Turned away as walk in saying wait was two hrs or longer. Found open reservation 9:15 & 9:30pm on OT! Waited one hr and checked in told few mins wait for table. Think table was given away while waiting, had to wait other 30 mins while other two ppl parties given tables on main floor. We had an appointment at 9 PM yesterday, but they kept us waiting until 9:30. I booked my appointment well in advance, yet this still happened. Additionally, the noise level was insane.
We went there for my birthday dinner celebration. The service was very slow. We had reservation for 4:45 pm. We arrived on time but waited till after 5pm to get the table. Then we waited for water to arrive for another 15 min. The waiter was nice but it did not make up for the slowness of the service. However the food was amazing. Everyone was happy with their order. We did not get compensated for missing happy hour or getting free dessert for my birthday. The prices were steep and not sure if I go back there any time soon.
Our waiter Marcus was very slow and no where to be found. Took 30 mins till we got our water glasses. Unacceptable
It was not the first time here, but this time very disappointed ; we booked a table at the patio but the we got a table at lounge /bar; we came to have our Anniversary dinner Food : my steak was not possible to chew ( And finally : recite , we ordered 2 steaks but in our bill was 3 ; I saw that and mentioned to the server , he just said “oh sorry guys for that” Can’t recommend
The food was great, however the service was really slow and not overly polite. I almost felt like I was bothering them when I needed service. I don’t think I would recommend this place. We had two servers. One male and female. The female was very nice. The Male was not.
We had an allergy table and our dairy allergic daughter was given cheese in her burger. It took 10 min and multiple attempts to flag down our server and then another 15 min to get a replacement burger. Meanwhile everyone else was done eating. The manager and server were very apologetic and comped her meal but still an unfortunate experience, especially because it would have been a whole lot worse if the allergy kid had eaten the cheese without realizing.
