Our situation and a tight timeline was tricky and John met the deadline with plenty of time to spare. That truly speaks to how well his office is run and the caliber of specialists who handled the processing of my entire loan! John went above and beyond the day prior to closing and went over all paperwork and figures so we weren't overwhelmed at the closing. John always responded promptly and available when needed.

Being 1st time home buyers, my better half and myself were stressed out and uneducated on how these transactions work. We initially tried using Rock-it. We were so disappointed. They did a poor job of explaining our questions and were not that helpful . Luckily, John was recommended to us by our lawyer. I made a phone call to John yesterday informing him that I am currently working with someone else but wanted additional insight. As a first time home buyer, I am learning as I go. Not only did John spend an hour on the phone with me, but he broke down the whole process.
