12/2023 Updated review Going with John and CrossCountry Mortgage was a no-brainer when financing our new house. The process was just as seamless as it was in 2018, and it was good to know I had John to bounce any last-minute questions or concerns. He is the best! John was amazing throughout the entire process. He never missed a phone call and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the entire process. I recently had to contact John for a tax question and he immediately answered the phone and made sure I understood what was going on and he also made sure to call back later in the week to make sure everything was going well.
