Blad arrived right on time, immediately put on his protective shoe coverings and got to work checking out our gas furnace for the new heating season. It is always a good experience with John Nugent and his team. All team members are courteous, technically competent and take the time to include you during his check up of your system if you are interested. We have been with John Nugent for many years and could not be happier withe the work they do.
Dustin and Brian came in, introduced themselves and assessed the problem. They began to fix the problem and encountered an issuer which they again assessed, correctly I may add, and proceeded to fix it as well. Both were very courteous and knowledgeable stated the price upfront and left the area spotless. Great service and would definitely use them again.
