Man, the tech you sent today was a stud. So friendly and was very informative, was worried I might need 2 new units since they are 15 years old( yes, my parents bought them from you) but said we just needed some minor cleaning and they are still working great. Nice to have an honest/informative tech who is here to help you and not take advantage. so thank you thank you Please send him every time
The technician was excellent. He did a thorough job and answered all my questions.

Service provider on time and professional.
Another exceptional spring A/C check up and service by John Nugent and Sons. Easy appointment, 30 minute call prior to arrival, shoe coverings prior to entering home, a courteous and thorough check up by Jona who knowledgeably answered my questions and we have a highly efficient A/C system to carry us through another summer. Well done Jona and John Nugent!
Plumber fixed leak issue within minutes.
Sean (sp?) was excellent all around!
Matthew did a good job installing my exhaust fan in my bathroom. He was very neat and knowledgeable
