Called on a Tuesday and appointment was promptly made for Thursday. Tech was outstanding. Courteous and competent, fair price for replacing shower cartridge. Will try electrical division from Nugent for some upgrades because of this experience with them.
The tech, Fernando, was great. He worked rapidly and professionally to identify the problem, explained everything, and fixed it. Great job.

I was so impressed that I was able to get same day service. My technician Doug Boyer was great. He diagnosed the problem within 10 mins and even completed hanging our dining room chandelier. We intend to have him back to give us an estimate for hanging two more chandeliers.
