I looked here to buy a truck when i was shopping. Didnt buy from them rude salesman and he changed his story 3 differant times. Then a friend bought a car not sure of dealership he purchased from. It broke badly. This was dealership it went to for warranty work. It be 3 to 4 weeks for them to repair. Offered rental car at 30 bucks a day. Other dealerships would be glad to stand behind there problem and give him a rental till fixed. So my word of advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY OR GET YOUR FORD SERVICED.

It's ridiculous they won't give a guy that still has a warranty on his car, a rental vehicle and tell him that maybe if he had bought more cars from them they'd help him better absolutely pathetic

If the most vital part of your product, the engine, fails at 39k miles and a person comes to get it fixed under warranty, you give them a loaner car. No matter what. You're already in the wrong for not having a solid, dependable car, and now you don't want to treat your customers with any sort of respect. Does buying 3 or 4 cars from you all give someone a sort of VIP status? Is that what it takes to get a loaner car? That's pathetic. Business is about customer satisfaction. Practice that.

My grandfather is the kind of man who accepts a handshake as a man's word. He went here and bought a f350 6.0L diesel engine. The salesman told him he would throw in a 100,000 mile warranty if he bought it. He doesn't have very good eyesight and took his word without reading the fine print. The head gasket blew at 76,000 miles and when he went back to the dealer, they said he only has manufacturer warranty of 75,000 miles. This dealership will treat you like gold to get you to buy but will kick you to the curb the second you... read more

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. My truck was purchased from the dealership 5 months ago. The second day I had it I was on vacation and the turbo charger went out (its an ecoboost). Well that was covered and taken care of by the warranty. Two months later the Advance Trac system light came on(which meant loss of steering, air bags, and turn indicators). I proceeded to take it to the dealership where they told me my truck would need a whole new steering column which is around $2,000. I was told it wasn't cove... read more

I'm very disappointed in the "business" concerning my new used vehicle purchase. Though my salesman has been helpful, I've been given different EXCUSES from negotiation through follow up (looking at Carfax and now a needed repair list not covered by warranty)..."we would have wholesaled it" & "we didn't make any money on it"!!!! now that the car needs $3000+ work after passing "safety" inspection at their PARTNER DEALERSHIP, Kingsport, I'm told, "we just go on their word" & "we didn't inspect it here; we just sold it". I fi... read more
