Never bought a car from them but have had horrible experience with the service department. Once took my Expedition in for service and they locked the keys in the car. I caught them trying to pry the sunroof open to get inside. If they had asked me, I could have opened the car with the keyless entry code. Today, my husband had an appointment at 8 am for oil change and tire rotation. He got there at 8am and was told that his appointment was at 11. to have bought a used car that was $12,000 plus my trade in and not have it a year yet and had to buy a new battery, am not happy!! i got a $16,000 car and had to buy a battery after 10 months,this should have been free!!!

I recently purchased an SUV and traded in a car that I had also purchased from Johnson City Ford the previous years Typically when someone is a repeat customer, they are treated well. This was not the case with Johnson City Ford. I walked in to the dealership multiple times throughout the buying process and no one greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. I had recently wrote a pretty bad review on the service department for poor customer service/communication. But after leaving it, the service manager called me over the situation of them having my truck for over 3 weeks. Going through 2 service advisors and dealing with my extending warranty I've finally received my truck back. All repairs seem to be done right and professionally.

I love my Ford and did the one I had before it. However from my experiences here I have no faith or trust whatsoever that you can put me in a safe vehicle after you put me in one with the issues my current one has. This a nightmare.

My boyfriend just picked up his car after you guys did a airbag recall and transmission flush. He asked 4 times for a price on the transmission flush and April Hodge would not give him a price she then calls him 20 minutes before they close that his car was ready and still didn't give him a price. Then he finds out its over $300. This is the worst service I have ever seen from a dealership and why I am a proud Chevy driver and would never buy a car from you guys.
