My boyfriend just picked up his car after you guys did a airbag recall and transmission flush. He asked 4 times for a price on the transmission flush and April Hodge would not give him a price she then calls him 20 minutes before they close that his car was ready and still didn't give him a price. I must say kudos to Ed at Johnson City Ford. Any time I have had an issue or problem he has set about to make it right. I appreciate that Ed is a man of integrity and that he cares enough to follow up and make things right, and resolve issues. that said, I had to stand up more than once to say I was told this or promised that by someone on staff and Ed gave the word to do what they said they would.... Not only did the kid have to push his ford home in the snow, he TOTALLY ADDED TO THE FORD STEREOTYPE BY HAVING HIS FORD BREAK DOWN. Starting to wonder if they are literally gonna have to add hand warmers to the rear ends of their cars
Every time I've ever been here I've been annoyed and immediately pressured into trying to buy something by their poor sales staff. Makes me feel like I'm in an extremely uncomfortable environment. Looks like someone needs to do some re-staffing, and rethinking how they do business.
Everyone that works there is disrespectful, uneducated, and drug addicts.
