I have been there multiple times trying to get my 2016 Ford Focus transmission because of issue that came stock on the car i do not recommend getting help from this dealership. I was in there last week and was told i would be called to set up an appointment by the first of last week and still have not receive a call so I don’t know why i haven’t been helped but would not recommend coming to Johnson City Ford

Follow through with their word. Better customer relations. We have purchased 4 vehicles with this dealership with the last one being the biggest priced (Lincoln). We have had nothing but problems and broken promises. My wife has place two reviews on their facebook and mysteriously they have disappeared. Guess they don't want no bad reviews only good ones. They have really gone downhill since our first purchase from them.

Apparently their service technicians are a bunch of idiots that cant even do an oil change correctly thanks to them my drain plug got cross threaded and now the threads in my oil pan are stripped out great work johnson city ford wont be back for anything
I've been a customer at JC Ford since 2014. I have 2012 Ford Focus with about 85,000 miles. Since 2014, I've had my TCM reprogrammed several times and then replaced in Dec 2015 under the extended warranty after it completely stopped working. I brought my car to JC Ford again in July 2017 because my steering locked up while I was attempting to back up in a parking lot.
