Not only did the kid have to push his ford home in the snow, he TOTALLY ADDED TO THE FORD STEREOTYPE BY HAVING HIS FORD BREAK DOWN. Starting to wonder if they are literally gonna have to add hand warmers to the rear ends of their cars
Every time I've ever been here I've been annoyed and immediately pressured into trying to buy something by their poor sales staff. Makes me feel like I'm in an extremely uncomfortable environment. Looks like someone needs to do some re-staffing, and rethinking how they do business.
Everyone that works there is disrespectful, uneducated, and drug addicts.

<insert angry $30 a day for a loaner car comment here> <insert bad business practice comment here> By making someone pay $30 a day for a loner while you fix their car is kind of a crummy thing to do, that person decided on your product out of the hundreds of other choices and by you doing this you are making an enemy out of a customer.
