Went to get a car said we was approved let us leave with the car 9 days later they call and say ur not approved u gotta bring it back after we signed all the papers and had insurance put on it and also put a down payment on it THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THE PEOPLE I RUN INTO THEY KNOW NOT TO GO TO JOHNSON CITY FORD I WILL GO ELSEWHERE TO GET A CAR
Simple oil change, told different answers to when I could pick my car back up, showed up at the given time and it wasn’t even started yet and the next day my splash guard fell off and was missing 3 bolts.

Was thinking of going here to buy a new until I found out the owner told a friend of mine in an interview with the owner was told he that the environment of not for flamboyant people. Homophobic owner who discriminates. Will not go here now and will be sure to let everyone I know to not go there as well. Will not support hate!

I have been there multiple times trying to get my 2016 Ford Focus transmission because of issue that came stock on the car i do not recommend getting help from this dealership. I was in there last week and was told i would be called to set up an appointment by the first of last week and still have not receive a call so I don’t know why i haven’t been helped but would not recommend coming to Johnson City Ford

Follow through with their word. Better customer relations. We have purchased 4 vehicles with this dealership with the last one being the biggest priced (Lincoln). We have had nothing but problems and broken promises. My wife has place two reviews on their facebook and mysteriously they have disappeared. Guess they don't want no bad reviews only good ones. They have really gone downhill since our first purchase from them.
