I will not be using Johnson City Ford or any of its affiliated dealers again. The dealership does not stand behind what their inexperienced salesmen say. If you have an issue they will not resolve it. Be very careful— you will get multiple add ons without the pricing, etc being clear. You can not trade with Johnson City Ford! They will lie to you! They got a 2500.00 rebate and kept it! Would not give it to us and we bought the truck!

Ra was very nice throughout my visit. Glenn was quite rude . Sticker says 34900 on the vehicle I was looking at. They call to tell me they cant take my vehicle for trade, and say they will reduce the price for me to 32400 and 90 days of no payments. That was very kind of you to "lower the price for me " . When your website PLAINLY says you lowered that vehicle price on 9/16! Thanks but no thanks! Glenn Needs a better attitude!
They took a trespassing warrant out on this man instead of honoring the warranty.
I had scheduled an appointment for Friday at 8 a.m. to have a recall done on my van and was told that it would go right in but they did not look at it until Monday and then told me that I had another problem with my vehicle and dealership never got to the recall done.I didn't ask them to do the diagnostic test that was performed on my vehicle already had it taken care of at another dealership they wanted to charge me $100 for their diagnostic test. Went to get a car said we was approved let us leave with the car 9 days later they call and say ur not approved u gotta bring it back after we signed all the papers and had insurance put on it and also put a down payment on it THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN AND I WILL MAKE SURE THE PEOPLE I RUN INTO THEY KNOW NOT TO GO TO JOHNSON CITY FORD I WILL GO ELSEWHERE TO GET A CAR
Simple oil change, told different answers to when I could pick my car back up, showed up at the given time and it wasn’t even started yet and the next day my splash guard fell off and was missing 3 bolts.

Was thinking of going here to buy a new until I found out the owner told a friend of mine in an interview with the owner was told he that the environment of not for flamboyant people. Homophobic owner who discriminates. Will not go here now and will be sure to let everyone I know to not go there as well. Will not support hate!
