Every time I've ever been here I've been annoyed and immediately pressured into trying to buy something by their poor sales staff. Makes me feel like I'm in an extremely uncomfortable environment. Looks like someone needs to do some re-staffing, and rethinking how they do business.
Everyone that works there is disrespectful, uneducated, and drug addicts.
Con artists
By making someone pay $30 a day for a loner while you fix their car is kind of a crummy thing to do, that person decided on your product out of the hundreds of other choices and by you doing this you are making an enemy out of a customer. That person I assume needs a car for work,personal life, and emergencies and you make them pay $30 for that because your product was faulty is a bad move on your part. A month to replace an engine? Sounds totally plausible.
Rampant dishonesty, being manipulative with the elderly, and poor customer service to those who actually bought your product. I'm not sure why this stealership is still in business.
