RecommendedExcellent customer service, from the day we walked in until we drove off. Gave updates on the build and shipping regularly, either by text or call. Did not promise things that couldn't be delivered. Gave OPTIONS and actively searched for vehicles that were due to be built that closely matched our wish list. The Kingsport dealer just fell short of wanting our business. Jordy (spelling) was our salesman. Pleasant, accomodating, and just easy to work with. Knew his product and made things happen.

RecommendedWas looking for a specific car to my preferences, JC Toyota found exactly what I was looking for. Test drove two vehicles before my decision. They were patient and answered any questions fully. I decided on a Honda CRV-LX 2019, been pretty happy with it so far. Reasonable prices there, considering the market.
