"Easy and comfortable. " Mike Brown welcomed me and guided me through the process of what was going to take place with me and my vehicle. Also he noticed a recall on my vehicle and would put part on order. Service was quick and waiting room was comfortable. He contacted me when service was complete and described what was done and would make contact when part comes in and make appointment for recall service. He is a very polite young man and treated me as a appreciated customer.
"New Car Purchase" We traveled from NC to trade and purchase a new 4Runner. We were very happy with the entire experience today. Would highly recommend this dealership.
"Excellent Experience" Excellent experience from start to finish. We have purchased a few cars before but this was by far the best experience we have had. Levi was experienced and listened to our concerns to make sure that we were happy with our entire process. Will be using this dealership from this point forward.

"Service dept" We just recently moved to TN. My car battery died. I was worried that I would be stranded without a vehicle if something major was wrong with my Highlander. Brian was very reassuring and knowledgeable about my problem. He was very professional with a personable personality.
