"First new purchase." The staff at Johnson City Toyota were great. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and it very very stress free and pleasant. I would recommend Johnsin City Toyota to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
"Easy and comfortable. " Mike Brown welcomed me and guided me through the process of what was going to take place with me and my vehicle. Also he noticed a recall on my vehicle and would put part on order. Service was quick and waiting room was comfortable. He contacted me when service was complete and described what was done and would make contact when part comes in and make appointment for recall service. He is a very polite young man and treated me as a appreciated customer.
"New Car Purchase" We traveled from NC to trade and purchase a new 4Runner. We were very happy with the entire experience today. Would highly recommend this dealership.
"Excellent Experience" Excellent experience from start to finish. We have purchased a few cars before but this was by far the best experience we have had. Levi was experienced and listened to our concerns to make sure that we were happy with our entire process. Will be using this dealership from this point forward.
"Experience was excellent!" I was looking for something reliable and knew Toyota was it. The sales team was great. They were very nice. Gave me a thorough break down of how to operate things such as the radar cruise control, radio, etc. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking!
"Service dept" We just recently moved to TN. My car battery died. I was worried that I would be stranded without a vehicle if something major was wrong with my Highlander. Brian was very reassuring and knowledgeable about my problem. He was very professional with a personable personality.
"Great vehicle, sella itself" Great service, nice staff, good waiting lounge. Always like toyota, vehicle sells itself. They were very patient with all our questions. Would recommend car and dealership!!
"Great service advisor! Very poor work done. " Shane Terrell, service advisor was excellent. The work done unfortunately was not. The door lock actuator was replaced and the door lock works fine. Unfortunately the linkage to the door handle on the outside was not connected so now you can’t open the door from the outside. I would’ve thought someone would have checked that before returning my vehicle to me.
"Excellent experience!" Everyone was efficient, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership. No high pressure sales or nonsense that you don’t want to deal with, plus how can you beat Johnson City Toyota’s lifetime drivetrain warranty?
