"Praise for Brandon Ritter" When I learned Brandon Ritter joined the Johnson City Toyota staff, I called him immediately with a concern I had about my Rav 4. As usual from my experience with his level of service in the past, he immediately arranged for me to come in so he could see what the issue was and then help me work through a plan of action. Awesome. Previously, years ago, I received great service at Johnson City Toyota. Then, I relocated. I still live some distance, but I'm back!
"Simple " They made a new car purchase very easy and I'm excited with my purchase. I would recommend anyone interested in Toyota to shop here.

"My new favorite car dealership." Didn't feel pressured ether looking for a new truck, or when talking about an extended warranty. Salesman didn't try to steer me in picking my vehicle, the trim or options. He did explain my choices when I ask Definitely will recommend to friends & relatives.
