"Bought a new Highlander" We had done research and had the decision down to three different manufacturers. When we arrived at Johnson City Toyota, we were greeted by Levi Anderson who was very helpful and listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle and then pointed us towards a Highlander XLE. As usual from my experience with his level of service in the past, he immediately arranged for me to come in so he could see what the issue was and then help me work through a plan of action. Awesome. Previously, years ago, I received great service at Johnson City Toyota. Then, I relocated. I still live some distance, but I'm back!
