"Toyota tundra" On 4-30-18 mike pendergrass sold me a new Toyota Tundra and was very friendly and informative, he worked to get me the best deal he could. I would continue to buy vehicles off of mike.
"RAV 4" Great place to buy a car. They were friendly. They were very clear on the deal. The preview of the car wa as good. Would do business again.
"Super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful." I was not actually looking to buy, but was just going to check out the Rav4. The sales people were so nice and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I wanted to try one out, and ended up buying one. Each phase of the buying process was met with the feeling that what I wanted mattered. They weren't just trying to sell me a car, they cared that everything worked out best for me. I highly recommend Johnson City Toyota.

"Best Service Department" The service department at J C Toyota is by far the best service department I have ever been to. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Billy.
"Service department " Although I am extremely disappointed that my 4 Runner has needed $2000 of Repairs in The last 10 months, I am pleased with the service department. They are knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous and have great follow up. James and Nancy are two noteworthy CSRs.
