This massager is hands down the best massager I have ever used. My sister has one and told me to try it. I tried the massager and I couldnt believe the amazing technique this massager uses to loosen my tight muscles. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. This review is a reflection of this company's lack of following up w/ it's warranty obligations. I bought a Horizon Treadmill, specifically the T101-07, in May 2025 (<8 months old) and the control board has stopped working. I have logged a support case nine days ago, with no response. After about five days, I called back to customer support, and the best they could tell me was that I needed to wait longer. Their website specifically says: "Eye-level tablet holder and USB charging port for your personal devices". It turns out it will only charge a phone-will not charge a tablet or laptop. VERY misleading advertising!!!!!

There is a safety recall for their dumbbells. They are offering affected users a fraction of what they paid as store credit instead of replacing or reimbursing in full.

We bought a piece of pricey Bowflex equipment- and the extended warranty to cover it. Johnson Fitness and Wellness bought Bowflex and we were on back order for a part- now they are saying they will not honor the warranty- we've been waiting almost a year for the part and they refuse to pay the buyout for the extended warranty. For a company that claims to care about the planet- they sure are missing the mark. Absolutely abhorrent customer service and business practices.

Sent a Bowflex part back to Johnson Fitness. Called customer service over 10 times. Received email from Dawn J with nothing but loop hoes to jump to get a $100.00 refund. I wrote a bad review about their customer service and Dawn J sent me an email if I change my review to satisfactory, they will waive the 20% stocking fee.
