Andrew gave us fantastic customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way. We were extremely impressed with his wide range of knowledge and information, courtesy, and willingness to help us in any way possible.
Jacob at *********** ** answered all my questions, looked for discounts, and offered his expertise after the sale. Truly a good guy with a great heart, who backs is products. Check there first, you’ll be pleasantly surprised what they offer for less than big box imitators.

This massager is hands down the best massager I have ever used. My sister has one and told me to try it. I tried the massager and I couldnt believe the amazing technique this massager uses to loosen my tight muscles. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I have been without my treadmill for nearly two months because of Horizons atrocious parts department. I ordered a replacement belt (Order #NWO01802771) on March 19th with a promised 57 day delivery.Since then, I have been held hostage by their total lack of communication. Do not call this company to have anyone install gym equipment. Johnson Fitness recommended Affordable Fitness Movers to come out and finish a gym install for me. They said Affordable Fitness Movers were their installer. They charged me $200 to finish an install that took 30 minutes. Complete rip off.
This review is a reflection of this company's lack of following up w/ it's warranty obligations. I bought a Horizon Treadmill, specifically the T101-07, in May 2025 (<8 months old) and the control board has stopped working. I have logged a support case nine days ago, with no response. After about five days, I called back to customer support, and the best they could tell me was that I needed to wait longer. Their website specifically says: "Eye-level tablet holder and USB charging port for your personal devices". It turns out it will only charge a phone-will not charge a tablet or laptop. VERY misleading advertising!!!!!
There is a safety recall for their dumbbells. They are offering affected users a fraction of what they paid as store credit instead of replacing or reimbursing in full.
