My family and I have spent thousands of dollars buying exercise equipment from these guys over the past several years. This summer, when I needed service on the elliptical I bought from them, I was disgusted by their abominable customer service. I was told repeatedly that there is no way to speak with anyone in their service department and I was told to fill out an online service request form, which I did twice in July and got no response ever (today is 9/30). If I could give a negative number I would. I have spent over 7000 with this store. My first purchase worked, my ****** purchase was a 3700 Elliptical machine. This has a 5 year warranty, it QUIT after a year. so in January, I started calling, at first I could not get through to anyone, I would leave messages, no call back. They must open when they want too. Regardless I finally called their up ***** office and was told someone would call me back. ** ONE ever called. I placed over 30 unanswered phone calls and messages. Bought a rower. It came broke on day one. Its been sitting int their repair shop for 6 months now and no one knows how to fix it.They wont give a refund because it wasnt made within the trial period. Which is funny because it has been broken and sitting in their repair shop since day one. I purchased a treadmill in December 2020. It took about 6 weeks to arrive. I paid an extra $149 for delivery and set up. The treadmill *** NOT work! I was on the phone to the store within 5 minutes. They said I would have to file a service request. Did that. Nothing from the company and its been a month. Do not purchase from this company.

My husband ordered a Horizon 7.8 for me for Christmas. It arrived via EFW in at the beginning of February. The box was damaged and when they installed it, the frame was scratched and one foot with the rollers was bent, making it wobbly and unstable. I wish I had refused the product upon delivery back then. Instead, I contacted the company. After several emails and phone messages they finally called me back. We ordered a recumbent bike from this company a few years ago. At the time, it was their top of the line bike. Upon delivery, the screen did not work on the bike. We had to work through having them fix the issue, which meant replacing the console. I am not really sure why, but the console always ran slow. This is a Matrix XIR console. Purchased a Horizon treadmill T101 on 7 September 2020. I didn't get it until 30 October 2020. Within 10 days it started either coming to a complete stop or speeding up very fast, almost knocking me off the treadmill. I called Johnson Fitness and they referred the problem to Grizzly Fitness for repair. A tech came to my home and said he needed to order parts for it. The parts didn't come until 5 February 2021. I purchased a horizon T202 treadmill on November 15 of 2020. During the first week of February 2021 after having the machine for a little more than two months it completely stopped working while my daughter was walking on it. I attempted to contact the company on February 8 by phone and was left on hold for 10 to 15 minutes before being cut off entirely while I waited to speak to a service representative. I purchased a Horizon T202 treadmill last spring. The problem was that the product would just shut After several repair visits, Horizon/Johnson agreed to replace the product and instructed me to discard the first treadmill. The second treadmill worked well for about five months and then just stopped. Regardless of the poor quality of the product, one could reach an agent, talk through the problems, and get a response with the first treadmill.
