Horizon Fitness EX59 Elliptical stopped working after fewer than 20 uses, I would like my $600 back, but JOHNSON FITNESS Does not answer their phone or e-mail.

The running belt on our treadmill has broken and we need to order a replacement part. My husband started calling their Parts Dept in early June but never received a response. After he gave up in frustration, I started calling but was never able to get through. Several times my call was just dropped after a long hold. So I started emailing their office on 6/29/2020. I purchase a Matrix Rower 2 years ago and had problems with their display back light. This went on for a few months before the back light and display stopped working. It turns out that they have a bad design in the electronics and it kills the lithium Ion Battery, so the put a limited 1 year warranty on the battery, saying it's a wearable item. On August 25, we purchased a massage chair and a hand held Hyper Volt massager from Will at the San Diego home show. As a good sales person, he offered the stars and the moon for the chair where we decided on the floor model for a reduced price. The Hyper Volt was promised to be shipped to us later in the week. Our instruction was to call the store the following week to arrange for delivery.
