Purchased a Horizon treadmill T101 on 7 September 2020. I didn't get it until 30 October 2020. Within 10 days it started either coming to a complete stop or speeding up very fast, almost knocking me off the treadmill. I called Johnson Fitness and they referred the problem to Grizzly Fitness for repair. A tech came to my home and said he needed to order parts for it. The parts didn't come until 5 February 2021. I purchased a horizon T202 treadmill on November 15 of 2020. During the first week of February 2021 after having the machine for a little more than two months it completely stopped working while my daughter was walking on it. I attempted to contact the company on February 8 by phone and was left on hold for 10 to 15 minutes before being cut off entirely while I waited to speak to a service representative. I purchased a Horizon T202 treadmill last spring. The problem was that the product would just shut After several repair visits, Horizon/Johnson agreed to replace the product and instructed me to discard the first treadmill. The second treadmill worked well for about five months and then just stopped. Regardless of the poor quality of the product, one could reach an agent, talk through the problems, and get a response with the first treadmill. Purchased a Horizon 7.0 AE Elliptical and received the machine early December. Upon set up the handle heart rate sensors and increase incline buttons did not work. The machine was making a clicking noise from left side during exercises and that didn't stop with leveling and tightening all the possible nuts. Purchased a treadmill from their website. Website indicates that it is in stock. I follow up with them a week later and they tell me it will be 2-3 weeks as it was backordered. I called back 3 weeks later and they told me it would be another month. Terrible customer service. Website is blatantly lying by claiming the treadmill is in stock when it is not. As others have commented below, take your money elsewhere.

Terrible product that lasted just a few months and a company that clearly does not care about its customers or its products. Purchased the EX59 elliptical machine and the digital display stopped working. I can hear a faint clicking noise but the screen goes blank after I hit start. Purchased in November 2020 - Same clicking noise and problems someone else mentioned. REquested a service or return. No answer - requested a return, no answer. Have tried 7 times for a reply. No one answers at Customer Service, just a message to send a request via their online web page service request. No reply still, It is now Mid-January 2021 and they just won't reach back out. Earlier in December, I purchased a new Horizon 7.8AT treadmill from Johnson fitness store in Northbrook, Illinois. While your sales associates at the location were helpful and friendly, I am a very frustrated a dissatisfied customer. The treadmill was delivered on Dec 15th. Horizon-Johnson Fitness &Wellness I purchased a Horizon T101 treadmill from Dicks on 11/4/2020. Within 2 weeks of purchasing the unit the belt started freezing up during running causing a fall hazard. Horizon then sent a technician with replacement parts for a unit not even a month old. After that was done within a week of that the unit started smelling of carbon monoxide and metallic burning smell. Horizon again sent another technician to replace the motor and belt.
