Terrible product that lasted just a few months and a company that clearly does not care about its customers or its products. Purchased the EX59 elliptical machine and the digital display stopped working. I can hear a faint clicking noise but the screen goes blank after I hit start. Purchased in November 2020 - Same clicking noise and problems someone else mentioned. REquested a service or return. No answer - requested a return, no answer. Have tried 7 times for a reply. No one answers at Customer Service, just a message to send a request via their online web page service request. No reply still, It is now Mid-January 2021 and they just won't reach back out. Earlier in December, I purchased a new Horizon 7.8AT treadmill from Johnson fitness store in Northbrook, Illinois. While your sales associates at the location were helpful and friendly, I am a very frustrated a dissatisfied customer. The treadmill was delivered on Dec 15th. Horizon-Johnson Fitness &Wellness I purchased a Horizon T101 treadmill from Dicks on 11/4/2020. Within 2 weeks of purchasing the unit the belt started freezing up during running causing a fall hazard. Horizon then sent a technician with replacement parts for a unit not even a month old. After that was done within a week of that the unit started smelling of carbon monoxide and metallic burning smell. Horizon again sent another technician to replace the motor and belt. Bought a treadmill from Dicks Sporting Goods in Brighton Mi in February 2018. After a year of use, I kept getting an E1 message. I did everything I could through research etc to fix it. Still kept stopping after about five minutes. So frustrating. Called customer service and they said I probably need a belt and a deck. Total together is around 300.00 the treadmill was 700.00. My mother who is terminally ill was in your Burnsville, MN location with my father. She was on the phone with me asking about treadmills (I live in Florida) due to me being a personal trainer/nutritionist for 20yrs. She sent me pics of a treadmill she liked which was a great choice. #JonhsonFitnessAndWellness has been the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with for buying something. I would never in a million years buy anything from these inconsiderate assholes again. I ordered a 3500 dollar elyptical machine 11 months ago. I still don't have a machine that is fixed. First they sent someone to look at it; they messed it up worse. The running belt on our treadmill has broken and we need to order a replacement part. My husband started calling their Parts Dept in early June but never received a response. After he gave up in frustration, I started calling but was never able to get through. Several times my call was just dropped after a long hold. So I started emailing their office on 6/29/2020.
