Jomar has helped me many times throughout the years. I met Jomar at Chase a couple of years ago. He helped me refinance my loan in the Bay Area. When we decided to move to San Diego County, he assisted us with our mortgage for a purchase. I may have been the most difficult client that he's ever dealt with. Jomar was extremely patient and encouraging when a simple process turned difficult. We were refinancing our home, but the original loans were spread between several entities. He was very responsive in answering questions and listening to our concerns. We were lucky to have him. He was persistent when others would have simply denied the application.

My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Jomar in securing a loan for our first home.
