I was a first home buyer and was unfamiliar to the process. Jomar was very open to answering all of my questions via text, phone call, and e-mail. I have worked with Jomar two times. First time was to buy our first dream house and the second time was to refinance to a lower rate. Jomar has been wonderful both times. When COVID-19 started, I noticed that refinance rates were going down and I knew I wanted to work with a bank that I could visit in person. My daughter had recommended Jomar after working with him twice. He helped us get the rate we wanted and apply for an exception to eventually get us a lower than expected closing cost.
