If i could give Jomar more than 5 stars I would! I know I am not the easiest person to work with but Jomar was very understanding especially in middle of this pandemic. I am a nurse and Jomar knew how stressful this time was for me and made sure everything went smoothly and also assured me he was going to make this refinance happen regardless of what was going on. Jomar helped my family and I with 2 different loans and refinancing!! My family isn’t the easiest to deal with, but he stuck to it and go the job done! I would highly recommend Jomar to anyone. If you want someone to take care of your house mortgage/ financing who is 100% results- driven and outstanding in customer service, then we highly recommend Jomar. Rates had gone down since our first home purchase. We came back to Chase after attempting to check rates at with another bank (oops sorry!) and just did not receive the same QUALITY service we got from Jomar. He is also truthful about providing advice on if a refinance is beneficial to your current situation (we checked rates with him two different times to refinance in August and in December); he provides the pros, the cons, and the the different types of mortgages that are available to you.
