Jomar’s has the foresight to remove any potential roadblocks in my homebuying process and I was able to close the escrow sooner than expected because of him. He is not only experienced in the loan approval, bit also in the end to end home buying process which help me expedite and save me from any closing difficulty. I had money transfer issues that Jomar was able to give useful guidance. Jomar remain actively communicative to address all of my concerns.

Two years ago, I met with Jomar at Chase when my fiances wasn't ready yet to get a big enough loan for a bay area purchase. Jomar advise me on what to do even though I wasn't ready yet.
